Purpose of role
Create and maintain comprehensive e-CHIS (electronic community health information system) project management, documentation, plans, and reports with ownership of all project documentation including learnings and lessons for internal and external knowledge sharing. Ensuring project compliance internally with business development, grants, finance, procurement, and externally with donors.
Key responsibilities/Duties/Tasks:

- Create and maintain comprehensive e-CHIS project coordination, documentation, plans, and reports with ownership of all project documentation including learnings and lessons for internal and external knowledge sharing.
- Ensuring project compliance internally with business development, grants, finance, and procurement and externally with donors.
- Proactively raising necessary project blockers and red alerts with leadership while providing necessary support to ensure project remains within its defined scope, timeline, and allocated resources.
- Work alongside the Senior Manager Digital Health in representing Living Goods in MOH technical working groups (steering and working committees) with National and districts as well as other partners as required.
- Work alongside the Senior Manager Digital Health in coordination of Community health digitization projects while working with national/District MOH technical teams from Health Information Systems, ICT/Technology, Primary Health, Community Health, and other government departments.
- Work with the Senior Manager Digital Health in organizing and coordinating formal and Adhoc meetings/discussions with key stakeholders to propel the project’s execution through addressing blockers and ensuring efficient project delivery.
- Work with Senior Manager Digital Health in preparation of project status reports in supporting various Living Goods stakeholders with appropriate project status summaries for various internal & external audiences.
- Alongside the Senior Manager Digital Health, own and drive overall project delivery and implementation/execution of a portfolio of community health digitization project.
- Providing programming support during e-CHIS prototyping phase and scale up.
- Providing performance management coaching and mentorship to the national and district teams during the pilot and demonstration phase as well as during progressive scale up.
- Providing technical support during e-CHIS curricula and guidelines development for all the community health care alongside the capacity building plans.
- Provide technical support in the monitoring and evaluation processes of the project.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer sciences, any health-related course combined with relevant experience in the implementation of digital solutions in public health/community health space.
Work experience required:
- At least 5 years and above work experience with 3 years or more within a digital public health program.
- At least 3 years experience in a project management role working with cross-functional teams to drive a project from conception to implementation.
Competencies/Attributes:
- Hands-on experience in cross-functional design and implementation of community health digital tools.
- Hands-on experience translating community health program (ICCM, FP, IZ, MNCH & Nutrition) requirements into formal digital tool design documents and workflows.
- Experience developing training and capacity-building plans to support coaching of different cadres in the community health domain.
- Experience coordinating activities in MOH led technical working groups with diverse memberships- partners, donors, technology, public health teams.
- Ability to prepare and interpret digital health systems implementation schedules into clear step-by-step work plans.

- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
- Disciplined, methodical and detail-oriented in knowledge management, execution, and documentation of projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills and relations builder.
- Experience in the use of technology to drive health impact and performance management at the community health level.
- English and French proficiency.
