And what about the Management Controller in all of this?
As a Management Controller, you will be responsible for treasury, accounting, budgetary aspects and the training of administrative and financial coordinators on the missions under your responsibility, and you will ensure compliance with the internal financial procedures of these missions.
For this purpose, your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Cash management: You will control the monthly cash flow forecast, prepare advances for the operating costs of the missions and you will follow up on payments from the donors of the missions being monitored.
- Budget and Finance: You will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing and validating the budgets of ongoing projects, as well as the financial reports to be submitted, and you will control and validate the budgets to be proposed to donors for new projects.
- Capitalization and Training: You will provide training and support to new mission administrators and participate in projects to capitalize on experiences and develop management tools and procedures.
- Accounting: You will ensure compliance with the procedures for reporting accounting data from the field, you will control analytical allocations according to budgets and you will check the accuracy and quality of the information transmitted to the accounting department.
- Field relations: You will be the primary contact for the administrative and financial coordinators.
- Relations with headquarters: You will be part of the management team and will work in collaboration with people joining the geographical division.

Modernization and harmonization of tools and procedures; development of the digitization of financial monitoring tools; strengthening of training for financial coordinators.
What you will need to succeed
Education: You can provide proof of initial training in management, finance and/or accounting.
Experience : You have significant experience in a similar role at the headquarters of an NGO. You have experience in management control and/or internal auditing. You have at least two years of field experience with an international NGO, as an administrative and financial coordinator. Familiarity with the intervention areas is highly desirable. Previous experience working with Première Urgence Internationale is a definite asset!
Skills: You are proficient in SAGA software. Do you have a passion for training and supporting teams in the field? This position is for you!
Required qualities : You demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and enjoy working in a team. You are reliable and responsible, rigorous and organized, responsive and adaptable. You have excellent stress resistance and the ability to work under pressure.
Languages: Do you speak fluent French and English? This is essential for this position!

- Status:Â Executive
- Salary:Â 2900 EUR gross per month over 12 months
- Medical coverage:Â 80% of the health and personal protection insurance
- Coverage: Coverage of 50% of the transport ticket and 60% of Restaurant Vouchers (with a face value of €9)
- Rest : 5 weeks of paid leave per year + 1 RTT day per month (37 hours/week)
