Overview of position:
- CTG delivers humanitarian & development projects in high risk areas through the provision of recruitment, human resources & project management services. CTG enables public & private sectors to focus on their core business & mitigate risks.
The CS3 Associate will work closely with the RRAD team (Rapid Recruitment & Deployment team) based in HQ & will support in various tasks related to recruitment & administration, as stated below:
- Assists RRAD team with all administrative requirements related to the recruitment process.
- Supports on candidate sourcing, prescreening candidates, schedule interviews & administer assessment tests (when required).
- Provides initial assessment summary reviews on all shortlisted candidate interviews.
- Accountable in ensuring all newly onboarded consultants completed their P files (collation of all references, medical assessments, criminal record checks, etc) & mandatory online courses.
- Supports in the preparation of draft / final contracts.
- Supports with recruitment improvement strategies & initiatives (eg conducting trainings in Arabic, etc).
- Other adhoc works as required.
Project reporting:
- This role reports to the Rapid Recruitment & Deployment Team Leader.
Key competencies:
- Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree.
- Experience in HR processes & applications, exposure & expertise in HR systems data analysis & analytical skills is an advantage.
- Must be well versed in all MS Office applications & experienced in producing reports for management.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal & written.
- Active listening skills.
- A positive attitude with a strong desire to provide efficient customer service.
- Patience & empathy.
- Persistence with a determination to solve problems.
- Works independently with the ability to multi task.
- Ability to set own agenda & determine adequate workflow & deadlines.
