Overview of position
CTG is looking for candidates whose experience match this TOR.
Role objectives
- Support the office in the installation, assembling, and/or re-installation of office furniture.
- Work with other relevant teams to Organize office rooms and conference rooms.
- Ensure that safety standards and regulations are upheld in the office.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and the our clients premises to ensure that all Assets are functioning as required.
- Communicate/report any Maintenance work required within the office to the Supervisor.
- Handle basic repairs and maintenance, such as drainage and plumbing works.
- Ensure the functionality and safety of fire extinguishers.
- Respond promptly and professionally to repair requests within our clients Compound.
- Conduct regular maintenance for the water network within the our clients compound, and ensure that all water tanks, water dispensers, sanitation systems, and manholes are maintained and cleaned monthly.
- Perform site cleanliness.
- Maintain a clean and neat office environment, especially after conducting maintenance and/ or repair works.
- Support helpers/gardeners to ensure that the office is well cleaned and organized for creating a neat and pleasant environment.
- Manage the store of office Stationery and Cleaning Materials and the consumptions daily:
- Releasing the stationery and cleaning materials by using the related forms.
- Knowledge of simple machine operations and use of cleaning materials/ solutions.
- Ability to operate and maintain equipment and supplies in good working order.
- Knowledge of safety precautions.
- High sense of responsibility and punctuality.
- Honesty and integrity.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
Project reporting
- This role reports to the line manager.
Key competencies
- Have a national identity card.
- Submit a detailed Curriculum Vitae.
- Provide a blank certificate of good conduct and morals.
- Have at least three (3) years of progressive experience in the field of cleaning and washing services.
- Good level of spoken and written French is an asset.
Team management
- This role has no team management responsibility.
