JOB PURPOSE: The Officer will work closely with the Poland Response Team along with Oxfam’s Partners and relevant stakeholders focusing on Cash and Voucher Programming including Group Cash Transfer (GCT).
- To support Oxfam and Partners delivery of effective and efficient Group Cash Transfer Programming and approaches.
- Work together with Oxfam internal teams such as Program, Logistics, Finance, MEAL etc.
- Support in promoting the understanding and use various CVA modalities and approaches suitable to reach their programmatic approaches.
To ensure consistency of standards and implementation of good CVA practices.

- Understanding of community engagement approaches for working with community and partners
- Proven ability to develop effective relationships
- Experience of working humanitarian programmes, preferably with refugees.
- Experience or aptitude in using SurveyCTO or similar mobile data collection platforms
- Proficiency in spoken and written Ukrainian, Russian, and English is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience of analyzing and presenting data in a way that facilitates effective decision making.
- Experience of establishing and/or managing Feedback and Reporting Mechanisms would be an asset.
- Commitment to actively listening to other people’s ideas and viewpoints.
- Ability and willingness to travel occasionally to conduct visits to project locations.
- Graduate qualification in Finance, Humanitarian, Development, Economics, Sociology or any related field. The experience could substitute for a formal qualification, but not vice versa.
