Ensure the proper development of key processes in people management: planning, attraction, compensation and benefits, induction, evaluation, potential detection, motivation and team engagement, as well as the measurement of its impact.

Provide technical and strategic expertise to teams regarding people management.

Facilitate, through the implementation of specific policies, the well-being of the teams

The main activities you will carry out are the following:

  • As part of the People Management and Development team, this position will be responsible for ensuring the comprehensive management of Human Resources in the assigned geographic region. In each case, it will provide the most appropriate solutions and expertise for each context. You will have functional responsibility for HRCOs in each country.
  • Participate in the definition of the global strategy for People Management and ensure the implementation of operational plans in the assigned countries in line with the strategic objectives.
  • Leadership in the implementation and monitoring of global projects: People development, Welfare Plans, promoting the implementation of concrete measures depending on the contexts in the different countries.
  • Monitoring of the KPIs of the HR scorecard to identify potential difficulties and to be able to propose measures proactively.
  • Ensure the implementation of HR policies and procedures, contributing to agile and efficient management in the assigned countries.

  • Specific technical knowledge: Managing the people management cycle: On boarding programs, compensation, evaluation, talent development, leadership and team loyalty. Project management and implementation.
  • Al menos 4 años de experiencia previa en posiciones similares. Altamente recomendable experiencia en terreno.
  • Español e inglés. Francés, altamente valorado. Altos conocimientos de software de gestión de recursos Humanos y de herramientas para el análisis de datos ( Excel avanzado, Power BI)
  • Clara orientación a resultados para asegurar el cumplimiento de la estrategia.
