Mission :

Under the supervision of the Regional HR Service Manager, your role will be to support the HR teams in the Country Offices to ensure the application of Action Against Hunger’s social model, develop HR frameworks, empower field HR staff, and participate in identifying field HR needs and the evolution of global frameworks.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring the proper understanding and application of ACF’s Social Model and ACF-FR’s HR policies in the countries of intervention;
Assessing the HR compliance of the country offices and supporting them in integrating corrective measures;
Identifying, supporting, and overseeing operational HR issues, in conjunction with the Regional HR Directors, Country Director, and/or Regional Director of Operations;
Ensuring a coordinated response with the various HR departments and other headquarters departments;
Supporting and developing HR and shared HR skills;
Ensuring HR compliance for missions;
and Providing functional management to the HR Department Managers in the countries of intervention.

Profile :

You hold a higher degree in Human Resources (HR) and have at least 3 years of generalist HR experience, including at least 1 year in the field with an international NGO.
Dynamic and proactive, you have a strong understanding of HR policy issues in France and internationally. You are capable of developing, managing, and implementing HR policies. You can identify and analyze HR problems and provide recommendations, alerts, and/or solutions to the appropriate stakeholders. You have a mentoring approach and prioritize the transfer of knowledge and skills.
Responsive and attentive, you can adapt your communication style and build trust with your contacts. You are also able to quickly switch between different activities and topics and lead training sessions.
With excellent interpersonal skills, you can adapt to the national and international challenges of the humanitarian sector.
You are fluent in spoken and written English.
ACF experience is an asset.

Employment conditions

Status: Integrated Manager – 12-month fixed-term contract – Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Salary:
€46,000 to €55,000 gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
Benefits: 25 days of paid leave per year and 21 days of RTT (reduced working time)
