Job Purpose:
Provide safe, supportive, and age-appropriate childcare for children accompanying female trainees, enabling them to participate in vocational training.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise and care for children during training sessions.
Ensure children’s safety and wellbeing.
Organize simple age-appropriate activities and play.
Maintain a clean, safe, and child-friendly space.
Report any child protection concerns to the Center Manager.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
Previous experience in childcare or babysitting.
Basic knowledge of child protection and safety.
Good communication, patience, and sense of responsibility.
Ability to interact with children in a positive and safe manner.
