Founded in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights hunger worldwide. Its charter of humanitarian principles—independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, and transparency—has defined its identity for 45 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection, and treatment of undernutrition, particularly during and after emergencies related to conflicts and natural disasters. Mission :
Under the supervision of the Tools, Training, and Projects Manager, your mission will be to ensure the development and necessary upgrades of the Finance Management Systems, in accordance with the management framework dictated by the Finance Department.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
– Coordinating the evolution of existing Financial Management Systems (FMS)
– Contributing to the ongoing maintenance of the Finance ERP
– Participating in finance tool transformation projects – Contributing to studies and projects in conjunction with the manager
– Communicating the progress of upgrades to all stakeholders
– Participating in cross-functional projects
Profile :
You hold a higher education degree in financial management and have at least 3 years of experience in functional project management within finance IT systems.
You possess technical skills in the following areas: budget cycles, project tracking, accrual and cash accounting, donor reporting standards, instructional design, and project management.
You have advanced Excel skills and are proficient in ERP systems.
You have business intelligence skills (Power BI, Power Query).
You are a skilled communicator with strong problem-solving and teaching abilities.
Working in an international environment, you are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Employment conditions
Status: Integrated Manager – 4-month fixed-term replacement contract – Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Salary: From €46,000 to €55,000 gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
Benefits: 25 days of paid leave per year and 21 days of RTT (reduced
