MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The operator will carry out the following tasks under the supervision of the Project Manager and in coordination with the local operators:
- Collaboration in the design, planning and implementation of activities to identify and engage young NEETs, with particular attention to girls and young women
- Implementation of orientation and support activities aimed at young NEETs identified, promoting their access to services and opportunities available in the area.
- Support and support for young NEETs throughout the various stages of their journey, ensuring continuity and monitoring of their participation in project activities
- Implementation of interception and engagement activities in the neighborhoods of Corvetto, Giambellino, Barona and Ponte Lambro/Mecenate, in collaboration with local operators and local organizations.
- Collaboration in building and maintaining relationships with the services, institutions and local entities involved in the project activities
- Management of the documentation and forms required for the inclusion of young NEETs identified in ongoing projects
- Management of bureaucratic procedures related to the care and inclusion of young NEETs in project activities
- Collection, organization and updating of documentation relating to the individual paths of the young people involved
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Educational Sciences, or Political Sciences
- Knowledge of English

- Experience working with young NEETs
- Experience in youth policies

Preferred Requirements
- Previous experience in design and co-design in vulnerable neighborhoods of Milan
- Previous experience working with institutions and third sector associations
