JOB OVERVIEW
The candidate will be responsible for developing proper communication strategies, planning and implementing activities of external communication and visibility of the Headquarter in coordination with Ufficio I of AICS Roma, and in synergy with institutional and executive partners in the countries of competence of the AICS HQ in Hanoi. The aim is to strengthen the identity of the Agency, through the communication of its principles, mandate, actions and impact to a differentiated audience.
The selected candidate should combine a solid theoretical and practical competence in various activities related to the field of communication, its market and the management of its production chain. He/she should possess excellent editorial skills in Italian, also with a view to SEO, and excellent interpersonal qualities, in particular in the institutional framework, and finally the ability to fit into a multi-sectoral team, contributing to the overall success of the Office’s operations.
As examples and not limited to, activities include:
- Guaranteeing the functionality of the AICS Hanoi Headquarters website, as well as social media profiles, ensuring the constant updating of the content in both Italian and English;
- Drafting the Annual and Half-Yearly Report of the AICS Hanoi Office and preparing its communication;
- Working with journalists to produce radio and television reports for major Italian, local and international television stations;
- Consolidating stable and ongoing relations with local media to foster their direct participation.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Personnel to be recruited must meet the following essential requirements at the time of expiration of the call for applications:
- be at least 18 years of age. The office will not, in any case, proceed to the conclusion of the contract of employment with the selected candidate whose age is higher than the statutory retirement age provided by the social security regulations to be applied in relation to the subjective situation of the candidate or is acquired before the expiry date of the contract;
- be physically fit for employment;
- have obtained the qualification required by the selection notice;
- have acquired the professional experience required by the selection notice in the relevant sector;
- excellent knowledge of the English language (level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages – CEFR) and of the Italian language (level C2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages – CEFR). The minimum language level required refers to comprehension (listening and reading), oral production and written production;
- knowledge and habitual and effective use of the main IT tools, in particular MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
