3iSolution is a not-for-profit organization created in Sept 2008 and registered in France as Association by law of 1901 under the name of iMMAP France and still operating legally under that name. Currently, 3iSolution is working with the humanitarian and development sector in 10 different countries and have been active in more than 25 countries during the last 15 years. We have implemented more than 300 projects and have currently 150 staffs working worldwide. Our work focuses in using innovation and the technology knowledge, which is built by the private and academic sectors, so to enhance the power of information to make direct and concrete impact at the beneficiaries’ level, who are the organization that we support.
Description of Duties
The Reporting Officer, under the management of the Team Leader, is the focal point for all related reporting and dissemination for the TPM project.
(S)he guarantees the good quality and timely reporting along the duration of the project in close collaboration with the TPM technical team, partners and donor requirement.
Reporting:
- Act as a focal point for the collection, analysis and dissemination of project reports;
- Maintain an accurate reporting database – develop and establish a reporting schedule and ensure the timely submission of reports as identified;
- Under the supervision of the Team Leader, coordinate with the relevant staff for the development and issuance of the required reports;
- Identify gaps and develop appropriate reporting formats to meet all reporting requirements of the Projects ;
- Provide quality assurance evaluation, including data verification on all reports and information products produced by the projects ensuring qualitative and quantitative consistency;
- Consolidate and finalize narrative reports;
- Review and finalize all project and ad hoc reports on the implementation and progress of activities against the targets.
- Identify gaps and deliver training to project staff on reporting, analysis skills, and perform on-the-job reporting capacity building as required
Knowledge Management
- Act as Focal point for all related Sharepoint management and physical program archiving
- Ensure all documents and products are properly managed, stored and accessible by the program team and management
- Support in drafting briefing notes, meeting minutes and correspondence related to the project.
Under the hierarchical authority of: Team Leader
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in agricultural economics, development studies or social science
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in reporting or grant management.
- Soft skills:
- Ability to interact effectively with international and national personnel.
- Fluent Arabic writing and speaking is mandatory.
- Fluent English writing and speaking is mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and analyze data and translate it into effective information.
- Ability to work well in a small team, operate under pressure, prioritize and deliver high-quality work within deadlines, and meet team objectives;
