L’ESPRIT ALIMA : ’alima’s reason for being is to save lives and care for the most vulnerable populations, without any identity, religious or political discrimination, through actions based on closeness, and, L’innovation et l’ alliance of’organisations and’individuals. We act with humanism, impartiality and respect for l’ethics universal medical. In order to access patients, we are committed to intervening in a neutral and independent manner.
CARE – INNOVATE – TOGETHER :Since its creation in 2009, ALIMA has treated more than 10 million patients, and today deploys its operations in 12 countries of’Africa. In 2022, we developed more than 60 humanitarian medical response projects to meet the needs of populations affected by conflict, epidemics and extreme poverty. All these projects are in support of national health authorities through nearly 511 health facilities (including 47 hospitals and 464 health centres). We work in partnership, including with local NGOs, as soon as possible to improve access and transfer of skills that ensures the sustainability of our actions to our patients. In addition, to improve the humanitarian response, we conduct operational and clinical research projects, including,in particular to fight against malnutrition and viral haemorrhagic fevers.
THE ALIMA TEAM :More than 2,000 people are currently working for ALIMA. Field teams, as close as possible to the patients, receive their support from coordination teams generally based in the capital of the intervention countries. These are supported by the 4 desk teams and the emergency service team and openings based at the operational headquarters in Dakar, Senegal. The Paris and New York teams are actively working on fundraising as well as representing ALIMA. The rest of the ALIMA Galaxy includes individuals and partner teams working on behalf of other organizations such as the medical NGOs BEFEN, ALERTE Santé, SOS Médecins, KEOOGO, AMCP-SP, DEMTOU-Humanitarian, PAC-CI, Inserm research organizations, the Universities of Bordeaux or Copenhagen and many others.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION
You are in charge(e) of’assuring an excellent relationship between ALIMA and its donors with a goal of loyalty. You are the guarantor(e) of personalized answers to the various questions and requests of our donors by email, mail or telephone. You are on the front line of representing ALIMA to the public.
You also work on the database and reporting. You are in fact proficient in the operation of data processing software such as CRM, ensuring compliance with the procedures for entering, editing thank you letters and tax receipts.
You carry out a regular and rigorous monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs) related to your activity. You are a force of proposal for the improvement of the database management tool.

MAIN MISSION AND ACTIVITIES

- Follow-up of the donor loyalty cycle in collaboration with the Public Collection Manager and the’ digital team
- ’homing program of new donors
- Transformation programme for regular donors CB to IBAN
- Inactive donor retention program or at risk of churn
- Management and follow-up of the’automation of reminders from actito
- Management of unpaid invoices and treatment of rejections
- Support to the Collection department during the collection campaigns (end of’year, emergencies)
- Management and optimization of the’space donors
- KPI monitoring and reporting
- Updating and improving SitRep
6.Provider management
- Inventory management
- Rigorous monitoring of payment defaults (rejections) and’attrition
7. To implement measures to prevent the abuse of power, gender-based violence and sexual violence
EXPERIENCES & SKILLS
Formation
From a training Bac + 3 minimum in marketing type business school or equivalent, with, you have at least 2 years of experience in a similar function with at least a mastery of’ database management tool; you are dynamic, autonomous, rigorous.se, proposition strength, and you are, creatif.ve You have good knowledge of loyalty techniques.
Languages
Excellent written and oral expression in french and english
CONDITIONS
- Duration of the contract : Permanent contract under Senegalese law.
- Taking of post : as soon as possible
- Salary : Level 6
- 6.5 Weeks of paid leave per year and a system of recovery days for travel
- School taken care of for any children to be cared for, within the limits of the ALIMA ceilings
