The Role:
We’re seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to bolster our Executive Program Team, based in our vibrant Dakar office. Your role is pivotal in streamlining operations for our Chief Program Officer (CPO) and supporting our regional directors.

Your Impact:
- Manage complex schedules, ensuring seamless coordination across global teams.
- Craft communications and handling vital administrative tasks, fostering efficient workflow.
- Spearhead meeting preparations, document management, and project involvement, ensuring meticulous organization and confidentiality.
- Facilitate travel arrangements and support diverse administrative needs.
You Bring:
- A bachelor’s degree (business administration, communication, or related).
- Proven experience in a high-level executive assistant role.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; French proficiency is a significant plus.
