Focus on the Communication Department

The Communication Department is made up of 11 people.

And the Collection / Direct Marketing Alternate in all this?

As a Collection / Direct Marketing Apprentice, under the supervision of the Patronage & fundraising and in close collaboration with members of the Development and Innovation Department, the Operations Department and the various teams on field missions, you will implement Première Urgence Internationale’s general public collection strategy and ensure its follow-up.

To this end, your responsibilities will be as follows:

Strategy: You will participate in the implementation of general public donation collection solutions/tools to help increase and diversify the Association’s donor base.

Monitoring the relationship with donors: You will prepare communications for donors on the use of their donations but also to retain or reactivate them. You will ensure their administrative follow-up, in particular on the sending of tax receipts.

Development of collection activities: You will write quarterly appeal letters for donations, email appeals for donations on themes related to the Association’s news, and you will prepare mailing lists and routing databases as well as as online donation pages.

Analysis: You will measure the impact of collection campaigns and prepare monthly collection reports. You will also ensure analysis and segmentation of the existing donor base and implement archiving procedures.

What you will need to get this work-study program

  • Training: You must be attached to a training center approved by the State and prove that you are pursuing a higher diploma, Bac+4 level or bac+5, in Marketing, Communication, Business School or Economics and Social Sciences courses.
  • Experience: Experience in an associative environment will be valued. Have you already worked with Première Urgence Internationale? This will be an undeniable asset!
  • Skills: You have a proven interest in the humanitarian aid and development aid sector and you have a particular appetite for fundraising.
  • Qualities required: You are dynamic, autonomous in your work and versatile. You demonstrate good interpersonal skills as well as real writing skills, both in French and English.
  • Languages: French and English hold no secrets for you? So much the better, these are two essential languages ​​for this position!

PUI will offer you

  • Status: Employee under professionalization contract or apprenticeship contract
  • Salaire:

Professionalization contract: Percentage of the minimum wage determined based on age and diploma

Apprenticeship contract: Percentage of the minimum wage determined based on age and year of apprenticeship

  • Coverage: Coverage of 50% of the transport ticket and 60% of Restaurant Tickets (with a face value of €9 )
  • Medical coverage: 80% of the Health and Welfare mutual insurance
  • Rest: 5 weeks of paid leave per year + 1 RTT per month (37 hours/week)
  • Five days exam leave
