HR Officer At Oscar M. Lopez Center

The OML Center is looking for an HR Officer who shall be responsible for managing the employee life cycle of the Center’s manpower, which includes recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, performance management, employee relations, and benefits administration. The post holder is also responsible for providing administrative support for day-to-day HR operations, which may include maintaining employee records, updating HR policies and procedures, and responding to employee inquiries. Additionally, the HR Officer must ensure compliance with HR regulations and align HR goals and objectives with the organization’s overall mission.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions;
  • Regularly review and optimize the employee lifecycle processes for efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to align the employee experience with the organization’s mission and vision;
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates;
  • Coordinate the selection process, including conducting interviews, evaluations, and making hiring recommendations; and
  • Collaborate with unit managers to forecast their hiring needs and requirements.
