The Regional HR Unit is recruiting: A Recruitment Service Assistant
The mission of this position, integrated into the West Africa Regional HR Unit, based in Dakar, under the hierarchical responsibility of the Recruitment Coordinator, is to provide support to the recruitment department and to take charge of several tasks related to the application validation process in order to guarantee the completion of administrative activities related to recruitment. The administrative organization of the recruitment process from its origin to its completion.
Mission
Main activities :
Carry out the first sorting of the applications received by ensuring their processing in the ProfilSoft recruitment management software and pre-screening the files according to well-defined criteria,
Write responses to applications and comments left by recruiters,
Distribute pre-selected application files to recruiters and organize technical tests and language tests,
Ensure interaction between selected candidates and recruiters during the recruitment process,
Update and transmit the list of applications retained and validated in the pool to the other services of the unit (Training and Career Management),
Identify and monitor registration for forums and maintain stands,
Prepare announcements for publication on sites and for forums,
Place advertisements on recruitment sites and social networks,
Support the writing of statistical reports,
Participate in HR marketing with institutions, organizations and social networks,
Organize and lead information sessions,
Participate in the organization of events with the participation of international mobile staff recruited by the Dakar office,
Participate in the various office meetings in Dakar,
Provide backup during the absences of various team members as needed,
Propose solutions for better functioning of the Unit’s recruitment service,
Participate in head hunting on LinkedIn and act as social/digital media focal point.
Administrative management :
Organize the collection, dissemination and saving of recruitment information shared by the entire Unit team with the other recruitment services of the operational centers,
Be responsible for managing specific recruitment materials (recruitment kit, roll-up, information material, general dissemination documentation, recruitment flyers, posters, identification material).
Professional skills
Diploma (Bac+3) in HR required (recruitment, career management)
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar position (ideally in recruitment)
Fluency in French and English (oral and written) essential
Professional experience with HR management software is a plus.
