Acted’s headquarters was established in Paris in 2000 with the aim of coordinating the organization’s interventions on a global scale. Today the headquarters is made up of 110 people in the HR, Finance, Programs, Audit, Security, Logistics & Systems and Communication departments. These departments provide support to the 42 Country Directorates. The headquarters also serves as a focal point for Acted’s management, namely the General Director, the Development Director and the fifteen members of the Board of Directors.
Main role and responsibilities
Acted is looking for an experienced and involved Digital Factory Manager to design and lead our global Low Code / No Code initiative as part of our digital transformation strategy and to drive innovation and efficiency within the organization. In this capacity, you will be responsible for the development of the Low Code / No Code roadmap and IT solutions related to business processes, innovation and the AI platform. You will also collaborate with other managers and staff to ensure that software projects are delivered on time, on budget and to
quality standards.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to streamline processes and optimize the use of low code/no code platforms such as Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.
- Manage the installation, operation and maintenance of the low code/no code solution stack that ensures continuous connectivity, security and data analysis.
- Monitor and analyze software performance and data trends to identify and resolve issues, improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Work closely with various stakeholders to establish and execute quality control processes and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Work with partners to build projects and operational support for the solutions developed.
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of Low Code/No Code operations with overall business goals and customer requirements.
Qualifications and skills required
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a software development manager or similar role in a software development environment.
- Knowledge and experience of low code/no code platforms such as Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Fluent English & French required.
