Focus on our activities in CAR
Present since 2007 in the CAR, PUI is developing its integrated approach with programs in Health, Nutrition, Food Security and Water-Hygiene-Sanitation, particularly in the north of the country, in the prefecture of Bamingui Bangoran (Ndélé). PUI supports primary health centers and posts in particular, in support of certain hospitals, while intervening in more remote areas via the deployment of mobile clinics, supplemented by a community approach and strengthening of the management of Severe Acute Malnutrition . PUI is also strongly involved in the recovery of agro-pastoral production tools in the Ndélé area and in strengthening the supply of Water, Hygiene and Sanitation services. At the logistics level, PUI has developed a shared storage platform in Bangui for humanitarian partners. Today, the mission consists of 5 projects benefiting from the support of CDCS, BHA, AFD, UNICEF and SIDA.
And the Administrative & Financial Coordinator in all this?
As Administrative & Financial Coordinator, you will be responsible for the good financial, accounting and budgetary management of the mission as well as the management of human resources and administrative and legal files. You will be the referent on the subject on the mission both internally and externally (donors, authorities, NGOs, etc.).
To this end, your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Financial, budgetary and accounting management: You will be responsible for all aspects relating to finances, including budgetary and accounting elements, as well as the mission’s cash flow.
- Human resources management: You will be responsible for the administrative management of national and international teams, the definition / updating of HR management procedures and tools in compliance with the labor regulations of the country of intervention and the PUI HR policy. , and monitoring risks related to HR issues.
- Administrative and legal management: You will supervise administrative files and guarantee that the status and operation of the mission are in legal compliance with the requirements of the country of intervention.
- Representation: You will represent the association to partners, authorities and various local stakeholders involved in the financial, administrative, legal and human resources areas of the mission. You will be pro-active in the development of PUI’s inter-NGO financial network (administrative, financial, legal, HR, etc.).
- Coordination: You will centralize and disseminate information within the mission and at headquarters for everything relating to the financial, administrative, legal and human resources areas of the mission and consolidate internal and external reporting in these same areas.

What you will need to succeed
- Training
You can provide proof of a higher diploma (min. Master 2 or equivalent) in financial management/accounting. Training in human resources management and/or project management will also be appreciated.
- Experience
You have at least three years of experience in financial management/accounting. Have you already held positions related to these areas of activity in an international NGO? This will be greatly appreciated. Have you already worked with Première Urgence Internationale? This will be an undeniable asset!
- SKILLS
You master financial management and team management, you have in-depth knowledge of the procedures of the main institutional donors. Excel has no secrets for you, and you have perfect mastery of SAGA accounting software.
- Required qualities
You demonstrate good interpersonal skills, ease of communication, both written and oral, and you have a taste for teamwork. You demonstrate the ability to make decisions, reliability and a sense of responsibility, rigor and organization, responsiveness and adaptability. You have excellent resistance to stress and an ability to work under pressure.
- LANGUAGES

- Status: Executive on a fixed-term contract
- Gross monthly salary: 2,650.00 – 3,130.00 EUR depending on your experience in international solidarity + 50€ per semester of seniority with PUI

- Break regime: 5 working days at 3 and 9 months of mission + break bonus
