Human Resources Assistant – Bogotá At DECORATIVE

The HR-SST Assistant will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, administration and execution of the activities of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System.

Essential functions:

  • Ensure compliance with current regulations in relation to the occupational health and safety management system.
  • Prepare, validate and update the documentation required for the occupational health and safety management system.
  • Support the preparation of the annual report on compliance with the SG-SST standards.
  • Support the process of updating the hazard matrices, legal, personal protection elements, hygiene regulations and industrial safety.
  • Carry out training in the occupational health and safety management system in accordance with the present risks and hazard matrix.
  • Carry out induction and reinduction processes in the occupational health and safety management system.
  • Monitor entry, retirement, periodic, job relocation and other exams, as well as issue recommendations and restrictions on medical exams.
  • Makes the call and management for the formation and operation of the COPASST, Coexistence Committee, Road Safety Committee and Emergency Brigades and monitors their operation.
  • File and safeguard all documentation related to the occupational health and safety management system
  • Timely carry out the affiliation processes of personnel at the national level, to the different administrators of the Social Security System, guaranteeing compliance and coverage of this obligation.
  • Carry out transfers of administrators in accordance with staff requirements.
  • Manage the recovery of disabilities with the corresponding administrators, as well as track their payment.
  • Support in the organization and logistics of the activities of the Human Resources department.
  • Other functions assigned by supervision and in accordance with the nature of the position.

Qualifications and requirements:

Studies

  • Professionals in Safety and Health at Work, Psychology, Business Administration or related careers.
  • Occupational health and safety license (attach to resume).
  • Current 50-hour course.

Experience

  • Experience between 1 to 2 years related to updating and implementing activities of the occupational health and safety management system.
  • Experience in non-profit organizations is desirable.

Knowledge

  • Use of office tools such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Canva, among others.
