As an organization founded by feminist action, SC has affirmed its commitment to gender equality. As we enter our second century of change, we are committed to the consistent implementation and resource management of our Global Gender Equality Policy, beginning with the systematic integration of gender equality approaches into our organization, our advocacy, our partnerships and in our programs.

The Gender Equality Self-Assessment (GESA) serves as a powerful mechanism that can catalyze change across our movement and can help drive greater commitment and participation to gender equality.
