SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL (SI) is an international humanitarian aid association which, for more than 40 years, has provided relief to populations victims of armed conflicts and natural disasters by responding to vital needs, drinking, eating and shelter. Particularly committed to the fight against diseases linked to unsafe water, the leading cause of death in the world, SI implements through its interventions expertise in the field of access to drinking water, sanitation and promotion hygiene but also in the essential aspect of food security and means of existence. Present in around twenty countries, the SI teams – 2,000 people in total made up of expatriates, national staff, permanent staff at headquarters, a few volunteers, etc. – intervene with professionalism and commitment while respecting cultures.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Within the Logistics Department and the Information Systems department of Solidarités International, under the authority of the Information Management Referent, you are in charge of database management, data storage and operation data flows.
The Database Manager is responsible for monitoring and supervising the various data infrastructures, while having an active role in the transformation of this data.
He/she ensures the proper execution of processes and data flows.
At the request of users, he/she ensures the selection, modifications and extractions of data.
He/she ensures the quality, structure, consistency and integrity of the databases.
He/she is the focal point for any request to send/receive data, internally and externally, supervised by the Information Management Representative.
YOUR PROFILE
Graduate in computer science from Bac to Bac +2 level (DUT/BUT BTS computer science), or in the field of statistics, mathematics or science.
A first experience in database management desired
Mastery of the office pack, Advanced mastery of Excel
Advantages: Mastery of REST (API), MySQL, PostgreSQL, Power BI and/or Knowledge of EQUINOXE
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
Strong ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Good human, educational and patient contact
IF WILL OFFER YOU THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS
Position based at the headquarters of Solidarités International, in Clichy la Garenne (Métro Mairie de Clichy) with field travel Permanent
contract – Executive status
Gross monthly remuneration of: €2,508 or €2,612 depending on the scale in effect at the headquarters
Possibility teleworking: 4 or 12 days of teleworking per month or 100% teleworking with 3 days of mandatory face-to-face work per month. In accordance with the Teleworking Charter in force and the manager.
Leave: 2.0833 CP / month and 1 day of RTT / full month of work
Recovery days and medical coverage covered at 100% during field trips
