Focus on the Operational HR Department
The Operational HR Department is currently being created. The mission of its members is to participate in supporting missions on the various HR aspects to guarantee knowledge of the PUI framework and its proper application in the field.
And the operational HR Representative in all this?
As an Operational HR Representative, you will be responsible for supporting PUI’s missions. You will be the functional manager of the HR Coordinators in the countries of the division to which you are attached.
To this end, your responsibilities will be as follows:
You will support missions in the production of frameworks linked to the operational context.
You will be responsible for the proper application of PUI standards on your missions.
You will participate in HR strategy and team sizing.
You will contribute to the development of HR skills in your geographic center with the Human Resources Coordinators and with the various HR focal points.
Through regular visits, you will participate in the deployment of different HR projects.
The challenges that await you:
1/ Participate in the structuring of a new service.
2/ Support the missions of your division on all HR aspects
3/ Contribute to the dissemination of the PUI framework
What you will need to succeed
Formation
You can provide proof of initial training (Bac+3) in Human Resources or international solidarity project management.
Experience
You have prior field experience with an international NGO, this is an asset! You have experience at headquarters in similar positions: this would be an undeniable asset!
SKILLS
You demonstrate very good command of Excel and have a strong taste for working with IT tools. Have you already worked on Homer software? This position is for you!
Required qualities
You demonstrate good interpersonal skills and ease of communication, both written and oral. You demonstrate a great sense of organization, rigor, proactivity and stress management. You are proactive and have a sense of responsibility. You like to find solutions when a blockage presents itself.
LANGUAGES
French and English have no secrets for you? Good, it’s essential for this position! Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

PUI will offer you
Status frame
Salary: 3100 EUR gross monthly over 12 months, depending on experience
Medical coverage: 80% of health and welfare mutual insurance
Coverage: Coverage of 50% of the transport ticket and 60% of Restaurant Tickets (with a face value of €9)
Rest : 5 weeks of paid leave per year + 1 RTT per month (37 hours/week)
A flexible teleworking policy , based on three modalities.
