The Mixed Migration Center (MMC) is a leading source of quality, independent data, information, research and analysis on mixed migration. The MMC is part of the Danish Refugee Council (DRC), an international non-governmental organization. The MMC’s flagship data collection project, 4Mi , provides regular, standardized, quantitative and aggregated primary data on mixed migration flows, including data on individual profiles, migration factors, means of movement, conditions of travel, the economy of smugglers, aspirations and choices of destination.

The consultant must:

• Prepare qualitative collection and analysis tools to operationalize the research methodology.
• Lead to success [24; 30] individual interviews and [1; 2] qualitative semi-structured discussion groups in two localities (one rural, one urban), as well as their transcription and translation into French (for the interviews in Wolof).
• Produce a thematic content analysis of the empirical corpus through thematic and transversal summary sheets

Accordingly, the DRC hereby requests you to submit your proposal on the basis of this RFP and the Terms of Reference (TOR) contained in Annex G.

Your proposal must be written in French and be valid for a minimum period of 60 days.
