CONTEXT :
The mission of the Management Control Department (DCG) is to guarantee the production of financial information enabling the financial management of the HI network.
As such, the DCG plays the role of management control professional referent (functional referent) of the HI network, so that all analytical financial production is developed on the basis of principles and rules defined by the management of the HI network, ensuring that continuous improvement and process simplicity.
We are looking for a management controller to replace maternity leave.
POSITION OBJECTIVES:
Under the supervision of our manager of the management control department, you will be part of a team of 7 people.
The management controller is in charge of monitoring the National Associations (AN)(8 in the world: France, Canada, USA, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Switzerland, England) and the headquarters (Lyon) has the mission of putting implement, in its area of responsibility, analytical accounting, standardized and integrated into the HI network repository, making it possible to supply management tools for the HI network (budget and financial monitoring, consolidation dashboards collection, allocation process of collection), the establishment of the CER of the HI network and the transition table (how to move from general accounting to the CER). It also ensures that internal clients (budget holders, department heads and directors, boards of directors) have at their disposal, when necessary, reliable, relevant financial information that meets their needs.
The main objectives are:
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT:
- Provide support and advice to the financial management of the Department Director and budget holder
- Suggests areas for improvement
- Produce or control financial information (budget monitoring, budgets, dashboards, etc.)
- Supporting stakeholders in financial management, producing ad-hoc analyzes for management and boards of directors
- For National Associations operating in shared finance services at headquarters (6 out of 8), contribute, in conjunction with accounting, to the production of financial elements for the Board of Directors and the General Assembly of the associations concerned.
THE COMBINATION OF ACCOUNTS:
- Participate in the production of combined information from the HI federation and the HI network, the “legal CER” and the financial elements of the HI network activity report
- Guarantee the implementation of a budgetary framework and analytical accounting, in compliance with the internal management principles of the HI network, while allowing entities/Directions to respect their own legal and contractual constraints.
REQUIRED PROFILE:
- You have higher education, such as a business school or engineering school, or a master’s degree in management/finance.
- You have 5 years of experience in finance, management control in an international group
- You are used to working with a governance body such as a board of directors
- You master international accounting standards
ACCESSIBILITY OF THE WORKPLACE:
The premises are easily accessible by public transport (bus, metro). Car parking and a bicycle park are also available. Within the building, access ramps and elevators guarantee better circulation. All workstations are located in Open Space but boxes are available on each floor to work in peace if necessary. The work space is very bright.

POSITION CONDITIONS:
- Fixed-term contract of around 4 months

- 39 hours per week with 22.5 days of RTT to be taken annually (employee and supervisor)
