Created in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights against world hunger. Its charter of humanitarian principles – independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency – has founded its identity for more than 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of undernutrition, particularly during and after emergencies linked to conflict and natural disasters. Assignment :
Under the supervision of the Deputy Director for Operations Transformation, you will be responsible for supporting the transition of the project from Build mode to Run mode, ensuring functional support for users of the GTA tool (Timesheet Management – Management). of Time and Absences), by reflecting on the evolution and optimization of this tool and producing tools and supports for users, in particular training.
More precisely, your missions will be to:
– Guarantee the good understanding and use of the tools and processes of the Operations Department, in particular through the development and delivery of training and briefings. Ultimately, you will even be able to support potential trainers in the Country Offices
– Ensure functional support for users of the tools and processes initiated by the Delegated Management. With kindness and patience, you will therefore have to answer questions from field and headquarters users, handle requests and problems, provide functional responses, liaise with the technical team for technical bugs and follow requests until resolution
– Guarantee the evolution and optimization of new tools by identifying and communicating user needs so that new functionalities are deployed,
– Manage the deployment of new scopes according to future needs, for example on the impact of this tool during the merger or de-merger of certain Country Offices or the design of transformation projects carried out by other departments
Profile:
You master IT subjects and the implementation of change management and support techniques.
You have knowledge of the humanitarian environment and in particular of Operations, HR and Finance professions. You are used to using financial and HR software packages. If you master Homer and SAGA, even better!
You have skills to create modules, tutorials or webinars as well as to construct and deliver training courses and briefings.
You are able to analyze, conceptualize and model needs to develop processes and tools, and find solutions to provide support to users.
You have listening and adaptation skills, in order to establish a relationship of trust with your interlocutors. You are also able to identify a risky situation, analyze it and alert. Autonomous and organized, you know how to take initiative in your work and manage priorities in order to meet deadlines.
Finally, you have an excellent level of English and French, both written and spoken.
Terms of employment
– Status: Integrated manager – Fixed-term contract – Full-time
– Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
– Remuneration: From 40 euros to 47 euros depending on experience
– Benefits: 21 days of RTT
