Assignment :

Under the supervision of the Director of Communication and Development, the Deputy Director of Partnerships will have the role of supervising the development of fundraising from private companies and foundations.

More precisely, your main missions will be as follows:
Define and monitor the development strategy for fundraising from private companies and foundations and guarantee growth in turnover and margin.
Actively participate in the development and implementation of the overall fundraising strategy (individuals and businesses) with the Director, and in liaison with other Deputy Directors and Department Managers with a view to developing the collection performance of the association.
Guarantee the development of private funds among companies and foundations.
Develop the collection directly with a certain number of companies and/or foundations with high added value.
Support team members in their prospecting and retention missions.
Lead and coordinate fundraising development actions with companies and foundations.
Ensure the quality of service provided to this audience (arguments, availability, deadlines, etc.).
Ensure transversality with other services, departments or members of the network (missions and ACFIN).
Provide partnership expertise to the various services of the Communication and Development department, the Country Offices and the Expertise and Advocacy department, and promote work in cross-functional project mode and synergies between the different services.

Profile:

You have at least 10 years of professional experience in the fundraising or sponsorship sector, acquired in representation functions (client management / key account management, etc.).
You benefit from experience in partnerships with companies. Experience with foundations would be a plus.
You are comfortable with CSR and private sector sponsorship strategies, you have a keen sense of negotiation and great commercial ease, which you will be able to use to promote values ​​and humanitarian needs. You have thus acquired experience in achieving collection or sales objectives of several million euros. Prospecting and mobilizing your network are part of your daily life in the service of a cause that brings together millions of people.
Experience in communications and marketing would be a plus.
You are recognized for your managerial talents. You know how to bring together the talents of your colleagues, and your leadership allows you to encourage the support of your teams around innovative projects.
Aware of the missions of Action Against Hunger, your motivation to integrate a dynamic and meaningful associative structure will allow you to be quickly operational on this strategic function for the organization.
You necessarily have a good level of written and oral English.

Terms of employment

Status: Executive Manager – 6-month full-time fixed-term contract
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: From 59Keuros to 65euros gross annually over 13 months depending on experience
