Focus on the Information Systems Department

Logistics is made up of 3 people. The mission of its members is to support the headquarters and field teams in the use and development of IT tools.

And the IT and Cyber ​​Security Specialist in all this?

As an IT and Cyber ​​Security Specialist, under the direct supervision of the Work Environment and Headquarters IT Manager and in functional link with the various Headquarters services, you will ensure the implementation and the proper functioning of all IT services, the provision of the framework and solutions necessary for the smooth running of the association’s activities.

To this end, your responsibilities will be as follows:

Monitoring: You will ensure daily monitoring and vigilance aimed at the proper functioning and continuity of the services for which you will be responsible for headquarters and the field. You will also be in charge of managing and monitoring the headquarters’ IT infrastructure.

Support: You will be responsible for providing technical support to headquarters users regarding commonly used hardware, equipment and software.

Mission support: You will accompany and support missions for the deployment of IT infrastructures and tools in the field.

Programming: With the Logistics Service Manager, you will participate in the drafting of an annual action plan for the service. You will also participate in setting up the forecast budget for headquarters logistics expenses on the themes of information technology and digital communications.

Security: Under the responsibility of the Work Environment and Headquarters IT Infrastructure Manager, you ensure the maintenance of the entire headquarters ICT structure and data integrity in operational conditions. from the Association.

The challenges that await you:

– Securing the structure’s information systems – Management of the headquarters’ IT infrastructure; – Technical assistance to users on the application fleet and computer hardware;

What you will need to succeed

Formation

You can provide proof of Master’s or bac +5 training in IT, systems and network administration.

Experience

You have experience in a similar position at the headquarters of an NGO or you have professional experience of at least 3 years. Have you already worked with Première Urgence Internationale? This will be an undeniable asset!

SKILLS

You master Windows and Windows Server 2012 environments. You have IT skills in: Administration: Win 10, SharePoint, Hyper, Microsoft Azure, Unbuntu, Office 365, Fortinet, VMware. Scripting: PowerShell, CLI. Web: PHP. Office tools: Office Suite 2010, 2013, 2016, AIK, Clonezilla, Syncovery. Messaging: Office 365 and OVH shared hosting. Networks: LAN, Wifi. Database: MySQL, SQL server. Do you know Virtual, Unix and Linux environments? It’s a plus !

Required qualities

You demonstrate good interpersonal skills, ease of communication, both written and oral, and you have a taste for teamwork. Status frame

Salary: 3300 EUR gross monthly over 12 months

Medical coverage: 80% of health and welfare mutual insurance

Coverage: Coverage of 50% of the transport ticket and 60% of the Restaurant Tickets (with a face value of €9)

Rest : 5 weeks of paid leave per year + 1 RTT per month (37 hours/week)
