Focus on the Audit Service
The Audit Department is made up of 3 people. The mission of its members is to coordinate the response to external audits and the implementation of internal control mechanisms.
And the Compliance Officer in all this?
As Compliance Officer, you will coordinate the Association’s compliance with International Sanctions as well as donor rules.
To this end, your responsibilities will be as follows:
Coordination of PUI’s compliance with international sanctions including screening and vetting. You will be in charge of updating the framework and corresponding policies as well as disseminating information and supporting the various PUI departments.
Coordination of PUI compliance in accordance with changes in donor rules. You will be in charge of monitoring in conjunction with the donor and partnership center and of supporting the various PUI departments.
Coordination of the decentralization of screening within the organization’s missions. You will develop procedures and tools as well as training materials. You will define and execute a deployment plan.
Training and capitalization: You will contribute to the initial training of expatriate and headquarters staff.
The challenges that await you:
– Analyzes and verifies the compliance of PUI’s internal procedures in relation to changes in donor rules – Bringing PUI into compliance with international sanctions including screening and vetting – Supporting PUI departments in their compliance with donor rules including international sanctions – Support departments in the dissemination of new standards
What you will need to succeed
Training
You can provide proof of initial legal and/or administrative training specializing in compliance.
Experience
You have at least one year of experience in a similar position. Do you know the rules of the main institutional donors? This will be greatly appreciated. Have you already worked with Première Urgence Internationale? This will be an undeniable asset!
SKILLS
Do you have a taste for training and supporting teams in the field? This position is for you!
Required qualities
You demonstrate good interpersonal skills, ease of communication, both written and oral, and you have a taste for teamwork. You demonstrate reliability and a sense of responsibility, rigor and organization, responsiveness and adaptability. You have excellent resistance to stress and an ability to work under pressure.

PUI will offer you
Status frame
Salary: 3,000.00 EUR gross monthly over 12 months, depending on experience
Medical coverage: 80% of health and welfare mutual insurance
Coverage: Coverage of 50% of the transport ticket and 60% of the Restaurant Tickets (with a face value of €9)
Rest : 5 weeks of paid leave per year + 1 RTT per month (37 hours/week)
A flexible teleworking policy , based on three modalities.
