Created in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights against world hunger. Its charter of humanitarian principles – independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency – has founded its identity for more than 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of undernutrition, particularly during and after emergencies linked to conflict and natural disasters. Assignment :
Under the supervision of the Manager of the Liberality and Philanthropy division, you will have to develop ACF’s private resources with major donors through the deployment of the Liberality and Philanthropy strategy and action plan.
More precisely, your missions will be as follows:
Ensure the implementation and monitoring of the results of the Major Donor action plan.
Lead the relationship with existing major donors (Relationship plan, Recognition program, meetings, events, correspondence, transmission of reports).
Prospect new major donors in line with the strategy and objectives of the action plan.
Provide support in the relational monitoring of major donors, in support of the activity of the gifts and philanthropy collection manager.
Ensure relational monitoring of proven testators, in support of the Manager of the Liberalities and Philanthropy department and the Collection Manager on the prospecting of potential testators.
Ensure qualitative and quantitative monitoring of major donor activities.
Participate in defining the strategy of the Donor division and in the development/optimization of new levers.
Participate in the development of the budget, under the supervision of the division manager.
Help organize testator and major donor events.
Profile:
You have a Bac +5 degree from Sciences Po, Business School with a specialization in communication and/or in fundraising professions. You have experience in the charity sector. and/or in the communication professions. Experience within Action Against Hunger would be a plus. You know how to demonstrate technical skills as well as risk management in the advice and products offered to customers. You know how to demonstrate diplomacy, and know how to communicate effectively orally and in writing. You are concerned about confidentiality and discretion with the people you support. You know how to be tenacious and be comfortable with requests from your various contacts.
Terms of employment
Status: Integrated Executive – Full-time permanent contract.
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis).
Remuneration: from 36K to 44 euros gross annually over 13 months depending on experience.
Advantages: 21 days of RTT.
