About: Action against Hunger
Created in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights against world hunger. Its charter of humanitarian principles – independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency – has founded its identity for more than 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of undernutrition, particularly during and after emergencies linked to conflict and natural disasters. Action Against Hunger coordinates its programs around 5 areas of activity: Nutrition and Health – Mental Health, Psychosocial Support and Protection – Food Security and Livelihoods – Water, Sanitation and Hygiene – Advocacy. In 2022, Action Against Hunger has helped more than 28 million people in 46 countries around the world.
As part of a replacement, we are looking for an IS Program Project Manager.
Mission :
Within the Information Systems department and under the supervision of the Deputy Director of Studies and Developments, your role will be to:
Define, manage and implement IS projects in your sector and in their entirety to contribute to improving capacity and effectiveness of programs to meet the strategic objectives of Action Against Hunger.
Contribute to the optimization of information sharing and performance in humanitarian project management.
Provide support and expertise to business and IS managers on procedures, rules and methods.
Profile :
You have completed Bac+5 training in Information Systems, IT Project Management, Engineering or equivalent, and you have proven experience in this field.
You have at least 2 years of field experience in the humanitarian/international development sector.
You are recognized for your organizational and project monitoring skills in a cross-functional environment.
You have IT skills, particularly on software for collecting data from projects.
Terms of employment
Status: Integrated manager – Fixed-term contract – Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: From 45Keuros to 52Keuros depending on experience
Benefits: 21 days of RTT
