About: Action against Hunger
Created in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights against world hunger. Its charter of humanitarian principles – independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency – has founded its identity for more than 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of undernutrition, particularly during and after emergencies linked to conflict and natural disasters. Action Against Hunger coordinates its programs around 5 areas of activity: Nutrition and Health – Mental Health, Psychosocial Support and Protection – Food Security and Livelihoods – Water, Sanitation and Hygiene – Advocacy. Assignment :
You will be responsible for guaranteeing the consistency of the information system infrastructure and the application environment.
More precisely, your missions will be to:
Ensure the quality of the service provided to users, with a view to productivity, cost control and compliance with deadlines.
Define and deploy the IT Production and Operations strategy in line with the IT department strategy.
Lead the delegated management, made up of 17 people, with the support of 2 division managers (production & operations). You will also have to manage the budget.
Define the organization and management of this DD in conjunction with its division managers because it is a new entity within the IT department.
Manage production and operating activities and ensure that infrastructure and applications are maintained in operational conditions.
Develop and optimize infrastructures and applications by relying on IS experts and the Delegated Studies & Development Department.
Ensure the backup and archiving of the data produced.
Supervise the definition of procedures, standards and IT processing, but also ACF hardware and software standards.
Ensure the conformity of the solutions delivered as part of IS projects.
Write, in collaboration with the IS Project Managers, the installation, operating and integration test plans and plan the test tasks.
Profile:
You have a bac+4/5 level diploma in the IT field.
You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position.
You have an appetite for technology.
You have a very good knowledge of IT architectures, deployment models and also have a strong sense of service.
You know how to unite your teams.
You have very good interpersonal skills and an ability to synthesize.
Terms of employment
Status: Integrated Manager – Permanent contract – Full time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: From 59.9K to 65K euros gross annual over 13 months depending on experience
Seniority bonus from 3 years of presence at headquarters (For permanent positions)
