Assignment :

Your mission will be to ensure the management of technical experts, and to provide support to the Project Office Manager while guaranteeing technical and regional coherence as well as learning from interventions on the aspects of strengthening the actors of the RESILAC program.

Your main tasks will be:

Participate in overall management, donor accountability (reporting) and the implementation and review of the program strategy while guaranteeing the territorial (inter-pillar) approach of the program.
Manage the program team according to defined links.
Contribute to strategic orientations, the coherence of approaches and monitor their implementation in the countries and at the regional level.
Guarantee the quality and accountability of the program (towards the populations and donors).
Ensure, in its regional and cross-border dimension, the establishment and animation of a learning and sharing framework within the project.
Contribute to influential advocacy and coordination with other actors.

Profile:

You hold a Master’s degree in the fields of humanitarian or development project management, social sciences or any other field relevant to the project.
You have international professional experience of 3 to 5 years in coordination positions with development projects or nexus projects. You have already successfully managed large-scale Consortium, multi-country and/or multidimensional projects .
You have a good knowledge of the issues of partnership, monitoring, localization, strengthening of stakeholders. Knowledge of at least one of the countries around the Lake Chad Basin is an asset.
You demonstrate excellent analysis, synthesis and writing skills; you are inclined towards writing work. You are particularly competent in listening, communication and negotiation; you have a sense of diplomacy and consensus.
You are fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.

YOUR CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
For national candidates:
Fixed-term contract under Chadian law: 24 months
Monthly salary: from 1,606,888 to 1,948,753 FCFA depending on experience

For international candidates:
Fixed-term contract under French law: 24 months
Gross monthly salary: from 2899 to 3376 euros depending on experience
Retirement insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens: 16% of the gross monthly salary
Increase in salary basic: 6% every 12 months of continuous contract
Per diem and monthly living expenses: 767 euros net, paid in the field
Monthly context allowance: 150 euros
Child allowance: 1500 euros per year and per child present in the country of origin (ceiling of 6000 euros/year)
Transport and accommodation: Coverage for travel and collective accommodation
Medical Coverage: 100% of coverage for health contributions (CFE + supplementary health insurance) and repatriation insurance
Leave and RnR: 25 days per year of CP and 20 RnR per year; payment of the ticket with ceiling to go to the chosen break zone, and 215 euros of fixed compensation per RnR
