Mission :

Under the supervision of the SERA Technical Service Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the field and headquarters teams to ensure the quality, relevance and technical innovation of ACF’s interventions.
More precisely, your role will be to:
Contribute to the development and implementation of MEAL mission strategies Advise ACF France missions in their reflections on their MEAL strategy and their MEAL sizing, in line with ACF France strategies and guidelines.
Identify, help resolve, and if necessary alert on problems encountered by missions in the structuring and implementation of the MEAL strategy.
Participate in the discussions of thematic working groups for the implementation of the ACF France strategy.
Contribute to supporting missions in improving their technical expertise and consolidating their MEAL practices and skills, and in the implementation of MEAL systems. Provide technical expertise and advise missions on MEAL subjects.
Capitalize on good practices developed on missions and make them available to MEAL Department Managers (RDD MEAL).
Proactively propose existing or new technical approaches to missions and define intervention methodologies and processes.
Develop framework documents or MEAL tools to meet the needs of missions, including for tools related to log-IS.
Supervise MEAL RDDsOrganize the recruitment and integration of MEAL RDDs.
Train and promote the development of skills of RDD MEAL.
Advise, provide technical support, organize and lead individual points.
Travel to intervention areas when necessary and possible for support visits.
Develop and monitor individual Action Plans in collaboration with the MEAL RDD Line Manager.
Ensure evaluations of MEAL RDDs as Functional Manager.
Contribute to the promotion of ACFE’s MEAL culture. Develop content and communication materials, ensure and disseminate internal communication.
At the request of the MEAL Referent, ensure representation of the MEAL of ACF France.
Participate in Pool meetings and report/collect information on ongoing activities and alerts.

Profile :

You hold a Master’s degree in the areas of project monitoring and evaluation and information management systems, or a Master’s degree with a strong component in the collection, management and analysis of quantitative data (epidemiology, demographics, statistics, etc.).
You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the humanitarian/international development sector, including 2 years in field monitoring and evaluation.
You are particularly competent in the field of project management as well as in the collection, management and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data.
You are capable of developing MEAL tools, defining and implementing accountability mechanisms towards communities.
You have excellent communication and listening skills, allowing you to establish a relationship of trust with your interlocutors. You are also strong in your convictions and know how to enforce procedures.
You are rigorous, organized and you are able to manage priorities.

Terms of employment

Status: Integrated Manager – Fixed-term contract – Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: From 40K to 47Keuros gross annually over 13 months depending on experience
