In Freiburg, we are offering a position in a very collegial and dynamic environment in the two cross-sectional departments of Disaster Relief Coordination (KHK) and Quality Management + Controlling (QMC) as soon as possible.
Assistance 50%
We are looking for a cosmopolitan and hands-on person with intercultural sensitivity and a desire for meaningful work. IT affinity and organizational skills help to master the diverse tasks in collaboration with employees from different departments.
The tasks include:
- Office management and internal and external communication
- Organisation of various events internally and externally
- Administrative support for department heads and speakers and, if necessary, also for project administration of our international projects
- Processing of orders and invoices
Our wish list for you:
- Very good self-organization, service orientation and ability to work in a team as well as good expression skills
- Flexibility and the willingness to learn new topics and the motivation to never stop learning
- Experience with M365 (especially Excel), preferably Sharepoint and Teams. In-depth IT knowledge and an affinity for numbers are welcome
- Applied foreign language skills (spoken and written English plus another common foreign language); German at native speaker level
- Identification with the goals and values of our aid organisation
