Médecins Sans Frontières, an international humanitarian medical association created in 1971, provides medical assistance to populations struggling with crises threatening their survival, mainly in the event of armed conflicts, but also epidemics, natural disasters or even exclusion from care. The French section of MSF is present in around thirty countries.
We are looking for a work-study digital communications assistant.
Assignment :
The MSF-France Communications Department is looking for a work-study digital communications assistant to help with the production and distribution of digital content from September 2024 for 12 months.
Within the digital team, made up of a digital project manager and a community manager:
- He/she assists the community manager (CM) on a daily basis in running social networks (publication, moderation, performance analysis, tests), and participates in the creation/dissemination of new formats;
- He/she produces dedicated content for TikTok and Instagram;
- He/she supports the digital project manager in the statistical and behavioral analysis of traffic to the msf.fr site;
- He/she participates in the editorial management of the msf.fr site and digital communication media (writing, editing, publication);
- He/she participates in various digital projects, from the study/benchmark phase to implementation;
- In collaboration with the digital team, he/she participates in the creation of regular reporting.
Required profile :
Training : Training at BAC +3 level or higher, in Communication / Web / Journalism / Political Science.
SKILLS :
- Good knowledge of social networks and distribution channels (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, threads, bluesky, WhatsApp, etc.) and the specific functionalities of each (editing, adding music, subtitles, etc.). ).
- Good knowledge of trends developing on social networks, applicable to NGO communication.
- Familiarity with web writing and publishing on CMS (Drupal).
- Knowledge of the Adobe suite (Photoshop, etc.).
- Mastery of Canva.
- Be comfortable speaking and in front of a camera to host TikTok videos.
Abilities : creativity and taste for innovation, spirit of initiative, analytical mind, rigor and sense of organization, excellent writing skills, taste for teamwork. Interest in the humanitarian/associative world.
Languages : Fluent English/French (oral and written).
Status: Professionalization or apprenticeship contract over one year. Please attach school schedules to the application. Position based in Paris.
Conditions: Remuneration from 43% to 100% of the minimum wage depending on age and level of education. Supplementary health care 100% covered by MSF. Restaurant vouchers with a face value of €11 (60% covered by Médecins Sans Frontières). 50% coverage of the public transport subscription.
