Functions and Tasks
Coordinate and supervise compliance with the general programming of the activities and the deliverables to be implemented, especially the preparation of the technical planning and monitoring reports provided for in the assignment, including the European Union monitoring reports. .
Analyze, monitor and control the progress of the project, as well as possible risks, limitations and deviations, proposing, where appropriate, planning alternatives and management mechanisms to optimize the resources used.
Define the specifications of the technical contracts to be carried out, control the services and supervise the products of the consultants.
Design and implement the communication and visibility part of the activities corresponding to the AECID part, ensuring that the content is generated and the corresponding informative notes are made, as well as other inputs that may be published on the different platforms provided for in the Support Program
. in the preparation of the certification and billing of the monthly payments of the order, as well as in the control of minor expenses generated.
Support in the management of the organization of trips, seminars and other events, as well as in expatriation logistics, such as visas. , residency processes, documentation, medical tests, and other necessary tasks.
Promote effective coordination and communication with all actors involved in the execution of the Assignment

Specific Requirements

Degree in Engineering (Level 3 MECES) or Engineering or Degree + Master in Computer Engineering or Degree or Degree + Official Master in the branches of economics, business sciences or Business Administration and Management (Qualification approved in Spain). English

At least 5 years of experience in managing international development cooperation projects.
At least 2 years of experience in the coordination and administration of development interventions, programs or projects in Latin America

Observations
Offered:
– Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 15 months, associated with the execution of the assignment detailed in the publication for the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience plan or with financing that comes from European Union Funds.

– Full time.
