Assignment :

Under the supervision of the Public Donor Audit Unit Manager, your role will be to contribute to the management of public donor audits and the continuous improvement of the public donor audit process.
More precisely, your missions will be as follows:
Ensure for ACF the response to public donor audits, in particular ECHO.
Organize the work of preparing and monitoring audits, for which he/she is responsible, according to the tools, internal processes and applicable audit terms of reference.
Participate in meetings and working groups upstream and downstream of the audit
Ensure the reporting of documents and information necessary for the audit, particularly with the field but also headquarters
Guarantee the availability and consistency of the documents and information necessary for the audit audit: verification of the presentation of supporting documents and management of the flow of paper or electronic archives, in conjunction with associated contacts.
Ensure mediation between ACF and the auditors in conjunction with the donor audit coordinator
Alert the audit coordinator on elements likely to constitute a risk (financial, compliance or other) in the future depending on what is observed during the audits and developments by donors
Contribute to the evolution of the public donor audit process.
Contribute to reflection on areas of work and improvements to internal practices in conjunction with the departments/headquarters concerned.
Contribute to the development and updating of methods, processes and tools related to audits.
Contribute to the feedback of information linked to the annual capitalization of external audit activity.

Profile:

You have higher education in Finance, Management, Law or Audit.
You have at least 2 years of professional experience in NGOs in functions related to internal or external audit, with good knowledge of the functioning of public donors (EU, US, AFD, SIDa, etc.) .
You have at least one professional experience related to public funders.
Mastery of the project cycle is essential as well as knowledge/training on the techniques and/or stages of the audit.
Experience in the field and/or at the headquarters of an NGO in contact with donors is a plus.
Fluent English, both written and spoken, is essential.

Terms of employment

Status: Integrated Executive – 6-month full-time fixed-term contract
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: from 36K to 42 euros gross annually over 13 months depending on experience
Benefits: 21 days of RTT
