Mission :

Under the responsibility of the Mission France Food Security and Livelihoods Coordinator, the Project Manager will have the role of implementing the operational aspect of the Passerelle Plus project, and ensuring coordination with the partners of the Passerelle Plus project. implementation.
More precisely, your missions will be as follows:
Ensure the implementation and monitoring of the project, in line with the logical framework and ACF’s technical and project management standards.
Manage the organization and facilitation of project governance meetings.
Ensure the circulation of information and coordination with implementing partners and other ACF activities in the area.
Contribute to Quality and Accountability processes and impact measurement.
Manage the implementation of information feedback and communication to users (in particular user committees).
Contribute to the capitalization of the research project and to communication concerning the project and its results.
Participate in the recruitment, onboarding and training process of project team members.
Supervise, train and guarantee the application and compliance with ACF HR policies for team members.
Organize and manage individual points on a regular and exceptional basis for the team.

Profile :

You have Master 1 and/or Master 2 level training with a specialization in International Development, Economics and/or Statistics, human sciences, nutrition/food.
You have at least 6 years of professional experience in the field of project management (particularly in those of food security and/or evaluation monitoring programs)
You have experience in the field of social assistance and/or or in the field of food democracy in France. You also have experience in development, network animation and coordination of actors.
You have knowledge and interest in the situation of people in very precarious circumstances in France and in the interventions of associative actors targeting them.
You have knowledge of public policies for social protection and the fight against food insecurity in France.
You listen, you know how to adapt your communication style and establish a relationship of trust with your interlocutors.

Terms of employment

Status: Integrated Executive – 18-month full-time fixed-term contract
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis) The work will take place within the Passerelle Plus Office and within the headquarters.
Start date: 02/05/2024
Remuneration: from 36K to 42 euros gross annually over 13 months depending on experience
Benefits: 21 days of RTT
