Consulting and engineering companies, our activity is internationally focused and covers various fields of development engineering. SOFRECO and its subsidiary Conseil Santé work largely on projects funded by institutions such as the European Union, the World Bank, etc. in emerging countries or with economies in transition.

We are looking for CONSEIL SANTE :

Business Manager and Health / Social Protection Project Manager (M / F)

Qualifications:

• University degree in development economics, public health, business or engineering school, pharmacy ….

General professional experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in international cooperation in the field of health and social protection.
• Field experience in developing countries, internationally (NGOs, design offices, technical assistant, etc.), as well as experience in consulting engineering companies are decisive assets.
• Technical, administrative and financial skills and proven ability to manage studies and projects in various multicultural environments.
• Commercial skills, interpersonal skills and a taste for teamwork.
• Perfect written and oral command of French and English. Spanish and / or Portuguese highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Mission:

• Project cycle management: letters of interest, responses to calls for tenders (identification of experts, drafting of the intervention methodology, budget preparation).
• Responsibility for the management of several technical assistance projects / studies in the fields of health in emerging or developing countries, including recruitment of experts, contacts with clients and donors, administration and logistics of missions of ” expertise, budget monitoring of projects, technical supervision, proofreading and finalization of reports, etc.
• Short trips to be expected.

Salary: to be negotiated according to profile and experience
