Focus on the Logistics Service

The Logistics Department is made up of 7 people whose mission is to ensure mission logistics from headquarters.

And the Mission Logistics Intern in all this?

As a Mission Logistics Intern, under the overall supervision of the Deputy Logistics Manager and in liaison with the logistics teams of the PUI missions concerned, you will work in direct collaboration with the Logistics Managers to assist the Monitoring branch Missions.

Your role will mainly be to support compliance and administrative management of the logistics monitoring of missions, by supporting and facilitating the validation of purchasing files transmitted by the field, by participating in the “critical review” of the tools monitoring and reporting communicated by the field or by participating in the preparation and conduct of headquarters and field audits. You will also support the drafting and deployment of capitalization documents linked to the activities of the Mission Monitoring branch, and contribute to inter-service and substantive projects. Finally, you will facilitate and participate in logistics events taking place at headquarters, such as logistics training sessions or even cluster meetings and inter-service points.

What you will need to land this internship

  • An Agreement issued by your training organization!: As such, you can demonstrate higher training in logistics and/or management of international solidarity projects.
  • Experience: Experience working in a team is required, and experience in an associative environment and/or internationally will be valued.
  • Skills: You have a strong interest in logistics and/or one of its components.
  • Required qualities: You are available, autonomous, proactive, show curiosity and want to learn, and know how to be reactive in an emergency.
  • Languages: French and English have no secrets for you? So much the better, these are two essential languages ​​for this position!

PUI will offer you

  • Bonus: €4.60/hour
  • Coverage: Coverage of 50% of the transport ticket and 60% of Restaurant Tickets (with a face value of €9)
  • Rest : 1 RTT per month (37 hours/week)
