General objective of the position

• Ensure good management of the mission by developing transversality and integration of different sectors of activity
• Ensure monitoring and implementation of the Mission strategy action plan

Main responsibilities

• Objective 1: Define the technical strategy of the mission and ensure the development and quality of program implementation
• Objective 2: Ensure technical representation of ACF to donors, authorities, United Nations agencies and partners (institutional, consortia, etc.)
• Objective 3: Supervise the technical team
• Objective 4: Track and manage program budgets
• Objective 5: Analyze the needs in relation to the Mission’s country strategy and support the search for funding for new programs, Objective 6: Support the functions of the Country Director and replace him in the event of his absence

Do you match the profile we are looking for?

• Master level
• Minimum 5 years of experience in humanitarian work, including 2 in an equivalent position
• Supervisory capacity
• Analytical mind

Our remuneration package

We offer immediate incorporation into a dynamic organization of international scope with the following contractual conditions:

• Formal long-term employment contract.
• Base: Niamey, Niger.
• Salary according to the Action Against Hunger salary scale and the candidate’s experience.
• Family status post.
• Expatriate insurance (health, life, repatriation, travel, etc.)
• Break tickets in a defined area, per diem break €215.
• Return plane ticket for annual leave.
• Accommodation and lodging costs.
• Travel expenses covered by the organization. .
• 25 working days of paid leave per year.
