Focus on the Recruitment and Skills Development Service
The Recruitment and Skills Development Department is currently being created and will consist of 10 people. The mission of its members is to recruit by professional sector, integrate employees and work to develop skills to support internal mobility.
And the Recruitment and Mobility Officer in all this?
As a Recruitment and Mobility Manager, and in liaison with the professional references of the sectors for which you will be responsible, you will be in charge of recruitment, and will ensure internal mobility and the animation of the pool of your sectors.
To this end, your responsibilities will be as follows:
You will be responsible for recruiting all profiles in your professional sector(s).
You will be the mobility focal point for the members of the sector(s) followed and the animation of the pool for these same profiles.
You will co-manage all HR projects requiring improvements, configurations, updates and creation of tools for the sector(s) followed.
You will contribute to Communication actions and the dissemination of the PUI employer brand to candidates, members of the pool and employees working for the sector.
You will participate in the development, updating and dissemination of HR policies, procedures, tools and documents related to recruitment and mobility management.
The challenges that await you:
1/ Support the transition to a new organization of work and roles and responsibilities in terms of recruitment and management of staff mobility; 2/ Relaunch the creation of a pool by professional sector to anticipate future recruitment; 3/ Get to know all the current members of the professional sector pool, already working at PUI and become the focal point for their career management in the organization
What you will need to succeed
Training
You can provide proof of initial training (Bac+3) in Human Resources or international solidarity project management.
Experience
Have you ever been in charge of a large volume of positions to recruit? This is essential for this position. You have prior field experience with an international NGO, this is an asset! You have a good understanding of recruitment issues in the humanitarian sector. This will be an undeniable asset!
SKILLS
You demonstrate very good command of Excel and have a strong taste for working with IT tools. This position is for you!
Required qualities
You demonstrate good interpersonal skills and ease of communication, both written and oral. You demonstrate a great sense of organization, rigor, and proactivity. You are proactive and have a sense of responsibility. You like to find solutions when a blockage presents itself, you have excellent resistance to stress.
LANGUAGES
French and English have no secrets for you? Good, it’s essential for this position! Fluency in Spanish is a plus for this position.

PUI will offer you
Status frame
Salary: 3000 gross monthly over 12 months, depending on experience
Medical coverage: 80% of health and welfare mutual insurance
Coverage: Coverage of 50% of the transport ticket and 60% of Restaurant Tickets (with a face value of €9)
Rest : 5 weeks of paid leave per year + 1 RTT per month (37 hours/week)
A flexible teleworking policy , based on three modalities.
