Focus on the Information Systems Department
The Information Systems / IT Department is made up of 7 people. The mission of its members is to support the headquarters and field teams in the use and development of IT tools.
And the Document Management Project Manager in all this?
As a Document Management Project Manager, you will follow the management of this project and provide support to the business teams in the deployment of the new solution.
To this end, your responsibilities will be as follows:
Analysis: you will carry out an inventory of the current organization and draft the expression of needs and specifications for document management.
Project management: you will organize the needs definition workshops, you will follow the defined schedule, define the new structure and new processes, coordinate the migration of servers with the IT Specialist, configure the selected solution. You will manage the transition to the new organization by paying particular attention to respecting and monitoring the project methodology. You will capitalize on the information as the solution is integrated into the missions.
Communication and training: you will share progress on the project and train users on best practices.

What you will need to succeed
Training
You can provide proof of a higher diploma (Min. Master 2 or equivalent) in IT project management.
Experience
You have similar experience at the headquarters of an NGO or an associative structure. Otherwise, you show real motivation to work in a humanitarian structure. SKILLS
You have a perfect command of Microsoft tools: Office Suite, Office 365 (Sharepoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc.), Outlook email, Microsoft Azure. This position is made for you!

You show excellent organizational and priority management skills. You have a taste for teamwork. You demonstrate dynamism, rigor, responsiveness and adaptability. You have good resistance to stress and an ability to work under pressure.

PUI will offer you
Status frame
Salary: 3,100.00 – 3,175.00 EUR gross monthly over 12 months, depending on experience
Medical coverage: 80% of health and welfare mutual insurance
Coverage: Coverage of 50% of the transport ticket and 60% of Restaurant Tickets (with a face value of €9)
Rest : 5 weeks of paid leave per year + 1 RTT per month (37 hours/week)
