Focus on the Recruitment and Skills Development Service
The Recruitment and Skills Development Department is made up of 10 people. The mission of its members is to recruit and manage mobility by professional sector for Headquarters and the Field, and to develop the skills of its employees throughout the world.
And the Deputy Manager – Training and Skills Development in all this?
As Deputy Manager – Training and Skills Development, under the supervision of the Recruitment & Development Manager, accompanied by a Training Manager, you will be in charge of managing training and skills development at headquarters and on the missions.
To this end, your responsibilities will be as follows:
Integration, Training & Skills Development: you will be in charge of structuring the training strategy, you will organize the deployment of the training offer and the development of skills, in line with the needs of the different populations, at headquarters and on missions.
Training engineering: you will coordinate the teams for the creation of training materials and support them in the use of training tools
Capacity building: you will lead the capacity building of the association and contribute to the establishment of a learning culture
Development of procedures and tools: in terms of training, you will contribute to the implementation of innovative HR policies to improve our internal practices. You will coordinate the development of the LMS (Learning Management System) platform.
Communication and Representation: you will communicate on actions relating to training and contribute to promoting training to the various departments at headquarters and missions.
The challenges that await you:
Support the implementation of the LMS (Learning Management System); review the onboarding process; help teams develop the creation of training content for headquarters and missions.
What you will need to succeed
- Training : You can provide proof of a higher diploma (Master 2 or equivalent) in Human Resources.
- Experience : You have at least 5 years of experience in HR training and development, within an international NGO (field and/or headquarters). This is essential for this position!
- Skills : Do you have solid knowledge in training and skills management? This position is made for you!
- Required qualities : You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, ease of communication, both written and oral, and good negotiation skills. You are proactive, demonstrate great rigor, organization, empathy and curiosity. You have a taste for teamwork as well as good resistance to stress.
- Languages : Do you speak French and English fluently? Good, it’s essential for this position! Fluency in Spanish will also be appreciated.

PUI will offer you
- Status frame
- Salary: 3,300.00 – 3,450.00 EUR gross monthly over 12 months, depending on experience
- Medical coverage: 80% of health and welfare mutual insurance
- Coverage: Coverage of 50% of the transport ticket and 60% of Restaurant Tickets (with a face value of €9)
- Rest : 5 weeks of paid leave per year + 1 RTT per month (37 hours/week)
