Focus on the Recruitment & Skills Development Department

The Recruitment & Skills Development Department is made up of 10 people. The mission of its members is to recruit and manage mobility by professional sector for Headquarters and the Field, and to develop the skills of its employees throughout the world.

And the Recruitment and Skills Development Manager in all this?

As Recruitment & Skills Development Manager, under the supervision of HR, you will supervise the Recruitment & Mobility team and the Training & Skills Development team.

To this end, your responsibilities will be as follows:

Management: you will be responsible for recruitment, support and monitoring of the service (10 people), you will develop action plans in line with the multi-year strategy and manage their deployment.

Recruitment and mobility: you will coordinate the activity of the Recruitment & Mobility team, organized by professional sector.

Integration, Training & Skills Development: you will manage integration strategies, you will develop the training offer and skills development by business sector for all of our Headquarters and Field teams.

Development of procedures and tools: in terms of recruitment, integration and mobility management, you will propose the implementation of innovative HR policies, in particular on the development of skills needed in the field, as well as on the evolution of recruitment, mobility and skills development practices, techniques and tools.

Development of external relations and HR communication: you will contribute to the development of the Association’s Employer Brand, you will propose areas of internal and external communication, in conjunction with the communications team.

Animation of interdepartmental relations: you will share information on departmental news, you will manage HR projects requiring the involvement of other departments, in close collaboration with HR.

The challenges that await you:

Support and structure the organization of recruitment by professional sector; develop mobility management and career paths; set up the training offer and skills development; overhaul the onboarding process.

What you will need to succeed

Training

You can provide proof of a higher diploma (Master 2 or equivalent) in Human Resources.

Experience

You have at least 7 years of experience in Recruitment, Mobility, Training & Skills Development, in international NGO (field and/or headquarters) as well as in management. This is essential for this position!

SKILLS

Do you have solid knowledge in recruitment, mobility management, skills development and training systems? This position is made for you!

Required qualities

You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, ease of communication, both written and oral, and good negotiation skills. You are proactive, demonstrate great rigor, organization, empathy and curiosity. You have a taste for teamwork as well as good resistance to stress.

LANGUAGES

Do you speak French and English fluently? Good, it’s essential for this position! Fluency in Spanish will also be appreciated.

PUI will offer you

Status frame

Salary: 3700 gross monthly over 12 months, depending on experience

Medical coverage: 80% of health and welfare mutual insurance

Coverage: Coverage of 50% of the transport ticket and 60% of Restaurant Tickets (with a face value of €9)

Rest : 5 weeks of paid leave per year + 1 RTT per month (37 hours/week)

A flexible teleworking policy , based on three modalities.
