Focus on the Training Service

The Training Department is made up of 2 people. The mission of its members is to support the development of training for Headquarters and the Missions.

And the Training Officer in all this?

As a Training Manager, you will contribute to skills development, you will support headquarters and mission employees on training topics, and participate in the management of the training platform.

To this end, your responsibilities will be as follows:

Educational and methodological advice, support for teams in the creation of training materials and tutorials and in the use of training tools.

Administrative and logistical management of training, for headquarters and for missions.

Educational monitoring and proposals for new training courses.

Contribution to the management of skills development plans and budget monitoring.

Management of the Learning Management System (LMS) and support for users in using the tools.

The challenges that await you:

Support the implementation of the LMS and contribute to the development of the skills of employees at headquarters and for international missions.

What you will need to succeed

Training

You can provide proof of initial training (Bac+2) in Human Resources.

Experience

You have a minimum of two years of prior training experience. This will be an undeniable asset!

SKILLS

Do you know the educational concepts: methods, tools, evaluation? Do you understand the markets, partners and training players? Have you already used training administrative and financial management tools? Do you demonstrate good knowledge of office tools including Excel, as well as training management software, e-learning and social learning tools? This position is for you!

Required qualities

You demonstrate good interpersonal skills, listen to needs, and have a sense of service. You demonstrate teaching skills, creativity, initiative, organization and project monitoring skills.

LANGUAGES

PUI will offer you

Status frame

Salary: 3,000.00 – 3,075.00 EUR gross monthly over 12 months, depending on experience

Medical coverage: 80% of health and welfare mutual insurance

Coverage: Coverage of 50% of the transport ticket and 60% of Restaurant Tickets (with a face value of €9)

Rest : 5 weeks of paid leave per year + 1 RTT per month (37 hours/week)
