SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL (SI) is an international humanitarian aid association which, for more than 40 years, has provided relief to populations victims of armed conflicts and natural disasters by responding to vital needs, drinking, eating and shelter. Particularly committed to the fight against diseases linked to unsafe water, the leading cause of death in the world, SI implements through its interventions expertise in the field of access to drinking water, sanitation and promotion hygiene but also in the essential aspect of food security and means of existence. Present in around twenty countries, the SI teams – 2,000 people in total made up of expatriates, national staff, permanent staff at headquarters, a few volunteers, etc. – intervene with professionalism and commitment while respecting cultures.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Within the development and communication department and under the supervision of the head of the fundraising department, the multichannel fundraising manager’s mission is to implement fundraising activities in order to enable the association to continue its growth through its private fundraising.

He/she works within the development and communications department, made up of the communications department and the fundraising department.

Placed under the supervision of the head of the collection department and accompanied by an assistant, he/she manages the operational monitoring of offline campaigns & takes part in the development of the collection strategy of funds of the association which aims to continue the growth of the number of private donors of SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL and to maintain their solid level of loyalty.

Its role is to ensure the smooth running of the association’s marketing development plan and the donor cycle: recruitment, consolidation, loyalty, reactivation of donors.

He/she manages paper mailings (excluding newspapers) for loyalty and prospecting and that of street and door-to-door collection missions (Face to face). He/she works in close collaboration with the second multi-channel collection manager.

He/she is in permanent contact with the marketing agency which supports SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL and the various service providers face to face.

He/she works in collaboration with members of the communications department, and in direct contact with those of the operations management teams, at headquarters and in the field, to design messages calling for donations.

In the event of a humanitarian emergency, he/she mobilizes all his/her know-how as quickly and efficiently as possible to mobilize the maximum financial resources for the benefit of the affected populations.

MAIN TASKS

  • Ensures consistency between programming and the fundraising campaigns for which he/she is in charge
  • Tracks monthly fundraising reporting with the PowerBi data analysis tool, direct marketing consulting agency and data analyst
  • Is a force for proposals on the themes developed in the mailings calling for donations
  • In conjunction with the data analyst, supervises the monitoring of extractions of paper loyalty mailings
  • Ensures that the Media File Plan proposed by the agency meets donor recruitment objectives
  • Ensures the proper implementation of campaigns: compliance with the schedule, revision of texts, composition of the message, etc.
  • Collects information on humanitarian programs and briefs the agency
  • Monitors the proper implementation of face-to-face campaigns including planning, training, compliance with volumes, speeches from donor recruiters, town hall authorizations, team equipment (clothing, etc.) , welcome elements from service providers
  • Tracks KPIs: average donation, average age, attrition, using the PowerBI data analysis tool as well as external face-to-face agency dashboards
  • Is proactive in improving KPIs and optimizing campaigns, allowing, among other things, better donor retention
  • Monitors the on and off line supports of other players in the sector, fundraising campaigns and communication campaigns
  • Co-manages the service assistant with the second person in charge of multi-channel collection

YOUR PROFILE

  • Education: Bac + 5 Business school or university specializing in marketing
  • Experience: 2 years minimum, including at least one experience in the voluntary sector.
  • Excellent writing, ability to synthesize and structure information.
  • Knowledge of Solidarités International and the humanitarian environment.
  • Ability to communicate with ease, interpersonal skills, autonomy, ability to take initiatives, team spirit and ability to work in project mode.
  • Fluency in English is a plus

IF WILL OFFER YOU THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS

  • Position based at the headquarters of Solidarités International, in Clichy la Garenne (Metro Mairie de Clichy)
  • Permanent contract, executive status
  • Gross monthly remuneration of: €3,183 or €3,316 according to the grid in effect at SI headquarters and professional experience of the candidates.
  • Position eligible for teleworking according to the Teleworking Charter in force
  • Leave: 2.0833 CP/month and 1 day of RTT/full month of work
  • Mutual insurance (80%), restaurant tickets (60%), transport tickets (50%) covered by the association
