We are looking for a Director for our Saint-Louis Radiotherapy Center M/F located in Toulon (83)
The Saint-Louis Radiotherapy Center is a health establishment dedicated to cancer care using External Radiotherapy.
Unique in the Var (created in 1962, former Saint-Louis hospital), the Saint-Louis Radiotherapy Center meets the needs of a population of 1,076 million (INSEE 2020), it treats 1,975 patients per year (average of the last 5 years ) and 40.6k sessions per year (average of the last 5 years).
The establishment brings together 76 employees, including 9 oncologist-radiotherapists.
In collaboration with the Territorial Director of the health sector, your main missions are to:
– Manage teams, coordinate and develop the establishment’s activity in all aspects: administrative, HR, quality, financial, technical, real estate, relations with supervisory authorities, etc. ;
– Maintain the dynamics and motivation of the teams in place, involve them and unite them around the division’s projects;
but also to intervene on the main issues of the center :
– ensure the maintenance of existing equipment and the progressive renewal of the fleet
– Work on the extension project (installation of a 5th bunker, redevelopment of the ground floor, creation of a floor dedicated to the staff room, changing rooms and administrative offices)
– Ensure the renewal of authorizations with the ARS, ASN and HAS
-Consider the future development of the structure to enable it to become a reference center

– Higher education in management level I , you have significant experience in management of health establishments
You have experience in radiotherapy and master the regulatory and authorization aspects
You have necessarily supervised multidisciplinary teams, managed budgets of several million euros, and developed projects of regional scope serving the beneficiary populations.
– Confirmed manager, woman or man of network, your mastery of financial management, as well as your ability to establish a relationship of trust with your contacts (internal and external) will be essential assets for the success of your missions
– Knowledge of radiotherapy would be appreciated.
