YOUR POSITION AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You contribute to the relevance, quality, adequacy and development of the “Protection integration in Nutrition” (PiiN) project for its implementation in the Democratic Republic of Congo while ensuring consistency with the overall framework of the project.
Support for project management and capacity building at the global level (50%):
You will support the Project Coordinator in:
– Planning the various stages of project implementation and defining the orientation by prioritizing and by organizing the activities and resources to achieve the objectives of the project
– The use of the budget and the guarantee of good financial management
– The contribution to the organization and to the reports to the project steering committee,
– Contribution to external representation to various stakeholders (donors, government officials, cluster, other consortia and NGOs)
– Conduct of consultations with international partners of AcF as well as in the DRC, including nutrition stakeholders , protection, GBV and CP, affected communities
– Selection of nutrition-focused tools and methodologies to develop and / or update
– Co-construction of tools, methodology and PiiN strategies
– The co-construction of capacity building tools, action plan, methodology, international and national strategies of PiiN.
– Training of AcF staff at headquarters and at country level on protection and its practical integration in the context of nutrition
– Organization of webinars, online platform exchanges between members of national coordination mechanisms and international
Project management and capacity building in DRC (50%)
You will be in charge of:
– Supervising the implementation and activities of the project to ensure the achievement of the objectives and targets of the project, expenses, and other donor commitments
– Establish and strengthen a common understanding among project staff on the objectives, components and methodologies of project implementation
– Ensure the implementation of pilot studies in the field
YOUR PROFILE
– Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme universitaire supérieur dans l’un des domaines suivants : développement international, droits de l’homme, psychologie, sociologie, droit international ou tout autre domaine pertinent des sciences sociales.
– Vous justifiez d’au moins 3 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans la gestion, la coordination et la mise en oeuvre de programmes de protection, y compris la protection de l’enfance en cas d’urgence (CPiE) et/ou la VBG dans les situations d’urgence (GBViE), la surveillance de la protection ou toute autre expertise similaire
– Vous êtes doté-e d’une très bonne aptitude à travailler dans des conditions difficiles, des situations de haute pression et à gérer des situations complexes ;
– Vous justifiez d’une expérience dans le plaidoyer auprès des forces militaires/de sécurité pour le transfert d’enfants et d’autres populations vulnérables ;
– Vous êtes doté-e d’une bonne compréhension de l’architecture globale de la coordination humanitaire,
– Des connaissances et des travaux antérieurs dans le domaine de la santé mentale sont un atout important et un avantage pour ce poste.
– Maîtrise de l’Anglais et du Français indispensable.
VOS CONDITIONS D’EMPLOI
– 8 mois de contrat à durée déterminée d’usage de droit français (fin prévue au 30/03/22)
– Salaire mensuel brut d’entrée de 2450 à 2800 EUR en fonction de l’expérience
– Per diem et frais de vie mensuels : 874 $ (cf eurocost) nets, versés sur le terrain.
– Allocation contexte mensuelle : 150 EUR
– 16% du salaire mensuel brut de remboursement assurance retraite pour les citoyens non français.
– Transport et logement : Prise en charge des déplacements et logement collectif
– Couverture Médicale : 100% de la prise en charge des cotisations santé (CFE + complémentaire santé) et assurance rapatriement
– Congés et RnR : 25 jours par an, 20 RTT par an et 215EUR versés pendant la période de récupération
